The Sandvich now heals a Heavy to full health and is now droppable. This means that when dropped, the sandvich acts as a medium medikit for healing the Heavy on the run or saving a dying teammate. Also in an attempt to nerf the Medic's blutsaughter, Valve have unintentionally buffed it.
