In case you guys didn't already know, someone has gone and created a mod which lifts the censor from Australian versions of the game and makes the game the way it should be played.

While this fix only works with the demo at present, expect an update not long after the full game is released.

I heard there are issues with the gore fix being used online.

I would still prefer just to buy a foreign copy.
